Why should I rotate my house plants?

1. Reduce the lean. Many plants will grow toward a light source causing them to lean.
2. Equal growth for the whole plant. Avoid having that plant that has 1 giant branch and 1 tiny branch
3. New growth in stagnant areas. Do you have a plant that hasn’t had growth in an area for a while? Try turning that area towards your primary light source. 

How often should I rotate?

An easy way to remember is to give your plant a quarter turn every time you water it. This should keep your plant growing evenly and healthily.
